We understand that sometimes things happen and you need answers on how to return products.  At SHOP FOR EVERYONE, we want to make this as simple as possible and while protecting our customers, vendors, and products so that we may continue to offer the lowest prices in the industry.  Should you have a need to return or exchange a product (when allowed), we ask that you follow these 3 simple steps:

1.  Can I Return My Product(s)?

In general, YES!

We ask that you follow these general guidelines before initiating a return to SHOP FOR EVERYONE.

  • Returns MUST BE INITIATED AND RECEIVED within 30 (Thirty) Days of the original purchase.
  • All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt of purchase.  If you have lost or misplaced your receipt, you may review a copy by signing on to your SHOP FOR EVERYONE account and finding/printing a copy of the original sales order.  LOGIN or REGISTER
  • In order to offer the best possible price SHOP FOR EVERYONE reserves the right to inspect all return activity for abuse at cutlertimes.store and refuse returns in cases of abuse.
  • You can always bring the item(s) you wish to return to any SHOP FOR EVERYONE store for immediate assistance.
  • Please note that shipping charges on your original order will not be refunded, unless the package was incorrectly shipped or you received defective merchandise. Orders that received free shipping will be deducted $5.99. If you choose to mail your return to SHOP FOR EVERYONE, we ask that you cover the return shipping charges. You can always visit any SHOP FOR EVERYONE store for immediate assistance
If you decide to initiate the return online, please follow the guidelines below.

2.  How Do I Initiate a Return?

  • Email us: The first step to ensuring a smooth, accurate, and timely return is to reach out to our customer service department by emailing SHOP FOR EVERYONE Customer Service at [email protected] Monday through Friday, 9AM-6PM PT.  Our Customer Service Representatives will be able to confirm if your item(s) is/are eligible for return and explain our process.  Please have your original order number ready when you email or call. Please allow 24 hours to receive instructions from our customer service department
  • If you are instructed to send the item back, please use the same shipping carton that you received it in. Including the packing slip is a must, all orders that arrive without a packing slip may be delayed in processing.
  • We recommend you ship products back to SHOP FOR EVERYONE using a traceable ground shipping method so you can track back your return.

3.  What Happens Next?

After we process your return, you will receive credit back to your original form of payment. If your refund is being applied back to a bank card or credit card, expect the credit to appear on your account within 7-10 days after you receive notification that we have refunded your account. If purchased by Gift Card, or Paypal, your credit will be issued in form of SHOP FOR EVERYONE Gift Card.
